Jegede breaks silence, after PDP lost in Ondo Governorship Election

People’s Democratic Party Govenorship Candidate in the last election in Ondo state, Mr Eyitayo Jegede SAN has beseech all occupants in Ondo State both far and near, to live in peace and be law abiding

Recalled that, He lost the battle on who to govern Ondo State for the next four years to his counterpart and incumbent governor of Ondo State, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu of All Progressives Congress (APC) 

Jegede, In a statement a signed by his  media aide Gbenga Akinmoyo, on behalf of Eyitayo Jegede SAN appreciated the electorate throughout the 18 LGA’s for thier collective sacrifice and believing in democracy.

The statement partly reads "I wish to extend my sincere appreciation to all the good people of Ondo State who voted at the governorship election held on 10th October 2020.

"I thank those who conscientiously voted for PDP and also thank those who did not vote for us because you still added value to the democratic process by virtue of your participation.

"My appreciation goes to the electorate throughout the 18 LGA’s for your collective sacrifice and belief in our democracy.

"I encourage you all to continue to keep the peace and be law-abiding as we wait.
