One of the followers of masquerade was reportedly said to have given up the ghost today in Akure, the Ondo State capital.
Report from an eyewitness revealed that, the victim was said to have been allegedly stabbed at Odopetu area by a trader, which led to a reprasial attack on some traders around Oja oba in Akure.
In the process, the victim was reported to have lost so much blood
The ugly incident has pave way for tension in Akure and its environs before security men were deployed to bring the unrest under control.
The reason for the attack on the victim was yet to be ascertained
Many traders and residents around Oja Oba/Oba Adesida Road were seen running for their lives as some hoodlums were shooting heavily while the road was deserted of motorists for hours.
