The World Council of Owo Association, USA under the leadership of Mr. Ogunmolawa Samuel Adebayo has commended Governor Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu for his implacable attempt to eliminate all criminal activities in the State.
This followed after the governor handed over 50 patrol vehicles to the security agencies in the State.
Recall that nothing less than 50 fitted patrol vehicles were yesterday, donated to all the security agencies across the 18 Local Government of the State.
Akeredolu, who said the move was part of the commitment of his administration to further strengthen the security of lives and properties of the people in the state, vowed to sweep out all criminals in the state from their hiding places and make the state uncomfortable for them.
In a statement signed by the Association's Press Secretary, Samuel Balogun and made available to Newsline NG, noted that the Governor's leadership standard and his achievements across the length and width of the state is commendable.
"I salute our own Arakunrin Odunayo Akeredolu for your achievements and showing a good leadership through your implacable determination at protecting the lives and properties of our people, we will continue to support your administration Mr governor, he said".
Ogunmolawa called for relevant stakeholders to support the governor for better empowerment for Amotekun Corps to bear arms so as to complement the efforts of the security agencies in fighting crime.
