The wedding ceremony was held at the Christ Apostolic Church, Otapete Owo
The Officiating Minister, Pastor Jacob Inaolaji who spoke on “Partnering for Life” identified two pillars of marriage including love and submission.
He called on the wife to submit to her husband and avoid unnecessary argument to sustain their marriage.
While presenting the marriage certificate to the couple, Pastor Inaolaji prayed for good health and fruitfulness for them, urging them to respect their vows.
At the reception, the Chairman of the occasion and the MD/CEO of Klick Connect Network International, Chief Dr Alex Ajipe urged the couple, Babatunde and Stella Adebiyi to be tolerant and make deliberate efforts to make their marriage work, saying ‘ God will sustain your marriage’.
He said marriage is ordained by God and the couple should ensure they make it successful
He explained that the wife has the repository of wisdom, sufficient to guide the husband in his discharge of duties as the head of the family.
He urged the husband to take full responsibility of the physical and spiritual needs of the wife as instructed by God, and for the wives to be submissive to their husbands.
Ajipe advised the new couple to love each other unconditionally and to allow God to reign supreme in their home and affairs.
The ceremony was also attended by other dignitaries, including the Olowo of Owo, Oba Ajibade Gbadegesin Ogunoye 111, former house of representatives member, Hon Kolawole Babatunde (Amaechi), Ondo State House of Assembly member representing Owo constituency II, Hon.
