Former Head of Service in Ondo state, Barrister Toyin Akinkuotu has passed away
Akinkuotu, one of the illustrious sons in Ondo State and a seasoned administrators died on September 11, 2025.
In a tribute announcing his passing, Alhaji Akinkunmi M.A (Ph.D), Secretary to the Chairman, described him as a dedicated public servant whose contributions to the Ondo State Government and the people of Ondo would remain indelible.
“With a heavy heart, we announce the demise of our beloved brother, the brain behind Lujama Heritage, the former Head of Service, in person of Barrister Toyin Akinkuotu, today, 11th September 2025.
"His legacy and contributions to the Ondo State Government and the Ondos will forever be remembered and cherished. May the good Lord grant him eternal rest,” the statement read
Newsline NG learnt that Akinkuotu was the brain behind Lujama Heritage, an initiative that showcased his passion for cultural preservation and community development.
