Hon. Ismail WASIU Alade (IWA), Supervisor for Ede South Local Government on APC E-Membership Registration, has sensitized party members and the general public on the modalities and importance of the ongoing APC nationwide e-registration exercise.
Speaking to leaders, stakeholders and party members on Sunday 11th of January 2026, Hon. IWA clarified that while the exercise officially commenced in other states on January 5th, 2026, it is yet to begin in Osun State, but preparations are in top gear, and the process will commence in the state in a few days.
He further explained that the deadline for the exercise is January 25th, 2026, urging all members and new registrants to participate early and avoid the last-minute rush.
He emphasized that the National Identification Number (NIN) is the major requirement for registration, stating clearly that any individual below the age of 18 is not eligible and should not approach registration points.
“This is a critical exercise for the future of our great party. Every APC member must validate their membership online. New members are also encouraged to register. The process is easy, but your NIN is compulsory. Let’s do this right and strengthen our party ahead of 2026 and beyond,” Hon. IWA advised.
He encouraged party leaders to mobilize members at the grassroots and ensure a smooth and well-coordinated process in all wards across Ede South.
