A chieftain and close associate of the Chairman of the Ondo State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, OSOPADEC, Prince Biyi Poroye, Pastor Taiwo Gbamila, has extended warm felicitations to the OSOPADEC boss on the occasion of his birthday and wedding anniversary celebration with his wife, Pastor Mrs. Bukola Poroye.
