The City Boy Movement, Ondo State Chapter, has announced the constitution of committees responsible for the planning and coordination of the official inauguration of its newly constituted State Executive Council and the formal commencement of the Movement’s activities in Ondo State.
The landmark event is scheduled to hold on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at The Dome, Alagbaka, Akure, Ondo State.
The formal inauguration of the Ondo State Executive Council will be conducted by the National Executive Council (National EXCO) of the City Boy Movement, led by Hon. Francis Shoga, alongside other members of the national leadership.
The inauguration is expected to bring together political leaders, government officials, youth leaders, community stakeholders, members of the City Boy Movement and supporters from across the 18 Local Government Areas of Ondo State.
The City Boy Movement is a grassroot- political support organisation established to mobilise young people and other stakeholders in support of the reelection of His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, in the 2027 presidential election.
The Ondo State Chapter will focus on youth mobilisation, grassroots engagement, political communication, community outreach, advocacy, political education and coordinated support activities in furtherance of the Movement’s objectives.
The National EXCO will formally inaugurate the newly constituted Ondo State Executive Council, officially ushering the state leadership into office and setting the stage for the commencement of the Movement’s programmes and activities across the state.
The inauguration will also provide an opportunity to strengthen coordination between the national and state structures of the Movement and to establish a clear framework for grassroots mobilisation ahead of the 2027 presidential election.
