WAYS TO HELP A MUSIC MINISTER

Every works of life needs help both from God and Man

Help is not limited to money.... Help can come in any form, there are divers ways you can render help to a music minister that will go a long way in his/her life and he/she will never forget you

But it is very sadden that even the music ministers are not helping themselves but putting themselves down

The reason why the secular musician are breaking limits and progressing is not because they do charm.... Though some might but they are help meet to each others, 

Promoting, supporting and helping each others with platforms

But the reverse is the case in the Gospel line.... 

We are only fond of condemning and demoting each other

Our heart is always bitter when we see others progressing, we prefer to condemn him/her even in the presence of those who can help you

Secular musician will sign each others

They will invite each others to their concerts

They promote each other music on social platforms

They refer each other to people

They are not self centered

 But so called music ministers or Gospel singers are agent of criticism

Many are are found of condemning others like, he/she didn't know how to sing to key and others

They will rather prefer to bring a star artist that will consume their money and resources and run them into debt than promoting their friends that is supporting their vision

They are not always happy when their friends release any track, they rather say what's he/she is singing that I cannot sing...

If you are not always happy with good things in the life of your friends.. You are a first class Wicked. You can't prosper. 

Help always attract help.... Until we change our mentality in helping ourselves.....We will not grow and establish 

Many of the top top secular musician we see today start from church, some start with Gospel but when the Gospel is not encouraging, they backed out and go to where there's benefits.....

Meanwhile there are many benefits in the kingdom of God than that of the devil but the people of the kingdom do not have the heart of the kingdom

HOW TO HELP MUSIC MINISTER OR LET ME SAY HOW TO HELP OURSELVES

1. LOVING EACH OTHERS

1 John  3:18 My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.

The love many music ministers are having towards each others are not true... It stops at the middle of their mouth

Genuine love is when you can give out the best to your colleagues as you can give the best to yourself....

Love is the greatest of all commandents, the first and the last....

Every other things I would be sharing is centered on the foundation of love...

Because you can never help someone you don't love....

You can never render help to someone you are discriminating

You can never support anyone you don't love

Love will make you simple and humble, love will make you attend to people irrespective of your position and the award you have received....

If you see anyone who is proud or always condemn or discriminate, he/she have no love

2. SHARING EACH OTHERS MUSIC LINKS,  CONCERTS FLYERS

The best thing you can offer a music minister on a social media handles is to share his/ her music or concerts flyers

Your friends are not my friends, your fans are not my fans, but if you share my music on your platform, there's assurance of 50% of your friends getting know to me

Likes and comment are not enough to help a music minister or colleagues but sharing and rebroadcasting really goes along way

You don't help someone by saying Wow More Grace, this song is powerful.... You help him/her when you let the song reach other people he/she can't reached 

Don't forget what you sow you will reap, if the only thing you can offer to a colleague is more Grace, you will have more Grace in return

3. SUPPORT EACH OTHER

Supporting your colleagues, don't condemn anyone's vision in his presence not even at his/her back, rather give him/her a profitable advise...

You are not supporting if he timed his/her concert 12pm and you can just coming in by 3pm when you are not having other engagement

It is not common among the secular musician to leave after the his/her performance.... They always wait to see the end of the show, if not the end at least, they will sit down and learn

Money is also part of the support you give to a colleague who is a music minister, nothing is too small..... Always be on the side of dropping little to support your friends if you are in Capacity, it really helps along way

4. REFERRING EACH OTHER

This one not common among the Minstrels.....

They will never refer you to anywhere they are given opportunity to refer.... Their evil thought will never allow them, in such a way, you might be prefer than them

One of the best way to help a music minister is to refer him/her to sing in that platform you think he/she can be

When you don't have money to give, refer him/her to those that have money to give and help his/her career

Don't be that friend who don't want the progress of His/her friend....

You are given a slot to bring 5 ministers that can sing in a program, all you were thinking of is top top singers....

You are not an helper

5.    ALWAYS CELEBRATE EACH OTHER

Celebrating Grace upon each other is one of the way to help each other as a Minstrel

You know you can sing better than this person but you don't disvalue him/her....

When you celebrate others, you will be celebrated...

When you mock others, you will be mocked...

Not only when he/she is having her birthday, 

Celebrating Grace starts when you do covers of songs of your colleagues.... You make such person feel blessed and awesome

Let me ask you

How do you feel when someone just picked his/her phone to do the cover of your songs?

Appreciate each others talents and gifts, everybody cannot sing like domeon or Sinach, Appreciate and celebrate that colleagues that sing With Africa dialect

Though you must be updated and upgraded in your area of calling.... 

But do not do what is not convenient for you

Learn how to Appreciate your colleagues.... Even if what he/she is not really good to your own taste or your own eyes, you make him feel happy by Appreciate him/her.
