"Many people engaged themselves in many activities which they can't cope with and in the process end up shorten their lifespan"
Adewole while speaking with our correspondent recently noted that the major cause is due to imitation.
"There are times you imitate others by aspiring to acquire what others has not minding their resources. In the process of doing this they develop stress, heartache or hypertension, thereby limiting their lifespan. Also, the food we eat today is also another reason. In some ways, our ancestors had it easy because they didn't have chemically enhanced kitchenwave. So their diets and cooking exposed them to fewer toxic hazard.
Also, a Nutritionist, Ronald opined that most of the food being produced today are being grown with fertilizer unlike what our forefathers were living on in the olden days, saying the same also applied to the animals we rear .
"The food we make now are referring food and those food that we make now first they have gone to a lot of process and the food are no more natural but the food then are natural food, people in the olden days and now are not different the different is the food.
"The quality of food we now eat cannot be compared with the ones our forefathers eat which made them to live longer then. Then they don't usually use tablet when they fall sick either. Most of the food they eat are natural food, same also with the animal they reared for consumption.
In the same vein, Mrs Teni Ojuolape a business woman said the issue of early death can be viewed from various aspects of our life.
She stated that Our forefathers did not look for money by hook or crook,
"Nowadays young women and men are looking for money in many ways and by so doing, they would involve themselves in a deal that would cut short their lifespan.
She added that the food we eat coupled with the condition of our environment, pollution, air borne diseases among other things often work against people's health
