An unidentified man has been reported to have been kidnapped by unknown gunmen along Ise Akoko-isua Akoko road in Akoko South-East Local Government Area of Ondo State
The abduction which took place on Thursday also claim the life of his driver in the process
His boss(unidentified man) was reported to have been dragged into the bush to an unknown destination.
Reports says, the lifeless body of the driver was found inside the car in a pool of blood .
The way his abduction was carried out has not been revealed as at the time of filing this report
The case was said to have been reported at the police station in Ikare Akoko. After the report, it was gathered the police swung into action and moved to the scene of the incident.
On getting to the scene, the policemen recovered the vehicle of the victim and evacuated the body of the dead driver.
Confirming the incident, the Ikare Akoko Police Area Commander, Razak Rauf, said the police would comb the forest to rescue the victim and arrest the criminal elements.
The corpse of the driver was said to been deposited at the mortuary of the state specialist hospital Ikare Akoko.
