The All Progressives Congress, APC Party stalwarts in Odigbo Local Government Area of Ondo State have described an aspirant for Ondo State Assembly seat from Odigbo Constituency I, Prince Akinbobola Temidayo Ojo as a courageous, credible, reliable and fair member of the party who should be considered to for his apirantion comes 2023.
Chairman, Odigbo Local Government chapter of the APC, Alhaji Fatai Olawale gave the credence during the Official Declaration ceremony of Prince Akinbobola Temidayo Ojo popularly called Owolala which was held at the APC Party Secretariat in Ore.
Alhaji Olawale said Prince Akinbobola Temidayo Ojo has really served the party in no measures, starting from its crawling stage,Action Congress,AC,Action Congress of Nigeria ACN till the present stage of the party, APC describing him as a progressive minded politician among all.
The Party boss reiterated by saying, Prince Temidayo Akinbobola Owolala has always being friendly to members of the public irrespective of their denominations, party affiliation, fair to the needy,poor and vulnerable within and out his domain,adding that such aspirant with exemplary knowledge is fitted to be crown as flag bear of APC in the forthcoming State Assembly election as slated for next year.
Earlier, also, Ore Ward Chairman of the Progressives Party, Comrade Tibetan Busayo who hailed the Odigbo-born politician, Prince Temidayo Akinbobola Ojo for being confident to contest Ondo Assembly race for the fourth time, acknowledged the experiences reposed in him,however assured Party leadership and electorates of fair treatments if Prince Akinbobola emerged as next State House lawmaker to represent Odigbo Constituency 1 at the State legislative arm.
Meanwhile, Prince Temidayo Akinbobola Ojo as one of the leading aspirant under the platform of All Progressives Congress, APC has pledged for balanced representations by ensuring that rights of his constituents as dividends of democracy would be extended to the masses if given ticket as Member of Ondo State House of Assembly in 2023.
He made pledge while enumerating how members of the party and Odigbo constituents in general were being neglected in many areas where they supposed to be reciprocated for their various contributions during political struggles in previous times.
Prince Akinbobola Temidayo Ojo therefore appealed to leadership of APC both at the State and Local Government levels to reach a conclusive compromise by considering him through adoption mode by bringing him to line, vowing to provide a transparent administration that would pave way for true democracy.
Report had that twenty five aspirants jostling for State legislative seats for 2023 election across Ondo State have been adopted including Odigbo Constituency II, leaving only Odigbo Constituency I to underscores Primary race.
In the mid time, several reactions have continue trailing among residents of Odigbo on how 25 out of 26 Constituencies made of Ondo State were picked through adoption mode for State House of Assembly Election, excluding Odigbo Constituency I for Primary, called on Governor Rotimi Akeredolu and State Chairman of APC,Engr. Ade Adetimehin not to allow political violent of 2019 to repeat itself where it claimed a life and score of people suffered various degree of injury.
The flag off ceremony was witnessed by APC party faithfuls across all the six Political Wards made up Constituency I,Okada riders, Community leaders including Igbo and Hausa communities and traders association.
