The anti graft agency, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested Rt. Hon Olakunle Oluomo, Speaker of the Ogun State House of Assembly, Olakunle Oluomo, over allegations and offences bordering on financial crimes.
He was picked up on Thursday morning at the Muritala Mohammed Airport, Lagos by the operatives following a tip off.
At press time, he was undergoing interrogations in the custody of the agency.
A source at the EFCC said he had been invited several times but failed to honour the invitation.
He and some others were accused of forging signatures and financial documents of the Assembly.
