It was a celebration galore as Kids & Teens Resource Centre in collaboration with Luyi Rotimi Development Foundation celebrated 2022 Christmas party in Ijigba Community, Akure South Local Government Area of Ondo State.
The epoch making event was held yesterday, December 20, 2022.
In her welcome address, the representative of Kids & Teens Resource Centre, Miss. Oluwabukola Aremu appreciated the organization for it's support to make the event a reality and thanked all the donors especially the Kabiyesi of Ijigba Land for their support both in cash and in kinds.
"This organization has being doing do good in the society for the past 20 years", she added
She however thanked Luyi Rotimi Development Foundation and Pioneer Medical Initiative for their full support towards the success of the program.
Speaking at the occasion, Curator Muyiwa from Pioneer Medical Initiative while speaking about personal hygiene, advocated for the need for children to take care of their body from time to time.
Also, Mr. Emmanuel Abidakun admonished the children to show Love to everyone around them this season and even beyond.
Highlights of the event include cultural dance display by the students of sharon school, Ijigba, games, spelling bees, dance competition, body check (weight and height) among others.
Newsline NG however gathered that the winners of each activities was awarded a gift for their excellent performances.
