An APC stalwart, Chief Dr Alex Ajipe has charged the newly elected speaker and all lawmakers in Ondo State house of Assembly to focus on the needs and aspirations of the people of Ondo state.
Ajipe said this in a congratulatory message to newly elected speaker, Rt.Hon. Olamide Oladiji and his Deputy, Hon Abayomi Akinruntan on their election as the New Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the Ondo State house of Assembly.
He described the new Speaker and his Deputy election as well deserved, said the duo were no doubt round pegs in round holes.
Ajipe expressed optimism that the duo antecedents as seasoned administrators, legislators and leaders, would come to play in the discharge of their duties.
”Your hard work and dedication to duties have paid off.
”I am confident in your abilities to discharge any mandate and overcome any challenges because your patriotism to the government of Arakunrin project is unparalleled,”
“You have demonstrated outstanding leadership as ranking members of the state House of Assembly, and I have no doubt that you will succeed in this new position. I wish you success in moving our state forward.
Ajipe, who is The Convener of Ibi Giga Ambassadors in Ondo State also congratulates all the newly inaugurated members of the state House of Assembly charged them to work together with the executives led by Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu to move the state forward and avoid any distractions.

“Avoid distractions and shun any instigated acrimony against the governor or the people of Ondo State. Your primary responsibility is to serve the interests of your constituents and the state, and I have no doubt that you will do an excellent job in fulfilling this duty.” Ajipe said
