Good character is a bedrock to a livable society. Undoubtedly, umpteenth of people have added irremediable blemish to their distinguished apparels such that the society treats them with disdain. However, securing a peaceful living demands showing good but unfeigned disposition to others most especially the downtrodden trying to eke out a living with their humongous frailties. Intrinsically, Man is created not to only extend hands of magnanimity to the destitutes, but to be helping hands to others, this is even as sociologists have asserted that man is always interested with his immediate milieu. However, without a shadow of doubt, many had veered from the aforestated incontrovertible fact; forgetting that the rewards of benevolence doesn't come through deus ex machina, but through the rare principle of quid pro quo.
