Italy have won the bid to host the 2026 Winter Olympics and Paralympics. Milan and Cortina have respectively been confirmed as the host for the Winter Olympics and Paralympics in 2026 after winning the bid ahead of Stockholm, Sweden. The Winter Olympics in 2026 will take place from February 6 to February 22 while the Winter Paralympics will hold between February 6 and March 15.
