The match ended 0-0 before the penalty shootout was taken as a result of Brazil being toothless in front of goal and they nearly lost it as Roberto Firmino missed his penalty but thanks goalkeeper Alisson who came to the rescue with Paraguay’s last spot kick’s save.

England are into the Semi-final of the FIFA Women’s World cup after beating Norway 3-0.

Algeria have qualified for the knockout stages of the ongoing African Cup of Nations thanks to a 1-0 win over Senegal.
