Breaking: Akeredolu tests Negative to Coronavirus

Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu who was tested positive to COVID-19 pandemic last week, is no longer carrier of the coronavirus.

This was disclosed by the state government today at a news briefing in Akure.

It was gathered that several test conducted for the governor after thorough treatment, showed that he is now negative to the virus.

The governor is expected to address a press conference shortly.

Meanwhile, Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu has appointed Mr. Temitayo Oluwatuyi (Tuukana) as the new SSG.

This was made following the resignation of Hon Ifedayo Abegunde this morning as the Ondo state Secretary to the State Government (SSG

Oluwatuyi is an Akure kinsman of Abegunde (aka Abena).
