Fresh FM 102.9, Osogbo unveiled

The Management of Fresh FM, Nigeria has officially announced that her new baby station Fresh FM, Osogbo frequency is now 102.9 fm

This was unveiled on the official Facebook page of Fresh FM, Ado Ekiti earlier today 

Newsline NG however gathered that Fresh FM Osogbo will be the forth radio station owned by Dr Olayinka Joel Ayefele (M. O. N) alongside Fresh FM, Ibadan 105.9, Fresh FM 106.9, Ado Ekiti, Fresh FM 107.9, Abeokuta

Court Strikes out Oniju of Iju-Odo Chieftaincy Declaration

A High court sitting in Okitipupa has nullified the Oniju of Iju-Odo Chieftaincy declaration, holding that the State Government had no power to create a new chieftaincy without the consent of the Rebuja of Osooro land, the prescribed authority over chieftaincy matters in the communities within Osooro land, including Iju-Odo Community. The court declared that the Rebuja of Osooro land is the prescribed authority over chieftaincy matters in Osooro land and that the State Government has no power to create a new chieftaincy without following due process.  In a judgement made available to our correspondent, the court also held that the appointment of the 6th defendant as the Oniju of Iju-Odo was null and void, as it was not done in accordance with the custom and tradition of Iju-Odo.
