It was an event filled with seventh heaven on Sunday as family, friends and associates celebrate Barrister Segun Oni as he clocks 50 years of age
Newsline NG gathered that the event was celebrated alongside his call to bar which was held on the 28th of July 2021.
Dr. Femi Salawu, in his homily, gave thanks to the lord on behalf of the celebrant and his family for his faithfulness over their lives, adding that for the family to dim it fit to do thanksgiving, it is worthy of celebration.
Speaking of topic, Except the God build house from the book of psalm 127 vs 1, Salawu said "it is God that helps us lift our load no matter how heavy it may be, it is not by power, might nor wisdom, even the wisdom of man is foolishness unto God"
"Everything you may be in life can't be possible unless God want you to be there"
He however charge the celebrant and his family to be humble adding that, Pride brings people down while humility uplifts people
"When you are humble, you are automatically attracting God's blessing upon yourself"
"It is my prayer that this new feat which they've achieved will not chase them from the normal path they are following" He said
The Wife of the celebrant, Mrs Olusola Oni also gave thanks to the lord for his steadfast love upon her husband live and the family as a whole"
"The journey has not been easy, but when God is involved, it makes it easy, when you have God, everything around you will be easy, God made everything to work together for Good
In his reaction, The Birthday celebrant, Barr. Segun Oni appreciated everyone present to grace the occasion, adding that for him to become a Barrister today, it was a dream come true
