DECEMBER 2022 MONTHLY ENVIRONMENTAL SANITATION EXERCISE
The December edition of the monthly environmental sanitation exercise holds across Ondo state on Saturday, December 31, 2022.
Being the last general environmental sanitation for the year and in consonance with the mood of the festive season, there shall be no restriction of human and vehicular movement.
A statement by the General Manager of the Ondo State Waste Management Authority, Mr. Fola Omowole, implored residents of the state to use the period for cleaning their surroundings.
The exercise, billed for 7 to 10 o clock in the morning will be monitored by the monitoring team of the Waste Management Authority in collaboration with its other partners in environmental cleanliness and waste management.
The statement, while wishing residents of Ondo State a prosperous New Year 2023 (in advance), also urged them to celebrate with moderation.
It assured the people of better days ahead in the new year towards making the state cleaner, neater and better.
