In every democratic setting, the people are the bane of representation at different positions where their fate is decided. In other words, political office holders are elected into office through major acceptability of the people.
This is the reason people's choice at the polls would either make or mar the progress of the society they are in. Elections are very sensitive and should be treated as such, this, to a large extent, is due to the fact that whatever decision made during election can not be instantly reversed as election is periodical with four years interval, as obtainable in Nigeria.
As such, it is only wise and ideal to make the right choice going into 2023 election and this inspired my piece on the need for Ese-Odo State Constituency of Ondo State to choose the one who is best qualified and prepared to represent the constituency at Ondo State House of Assembly in the coming election.
Having adequately x-rayed and appraised all candidates jostling to represent the good people of Ese-Odo at the State Assembly, Primate Toyin Allen of the All Progressives Congress (APC) stands tallest as he ticks all boxes of sterling, effective and people oriented representation.
The candidate of APC has not only proven to be for the people but has time to time lived within which makes him understand the peculiarity of the people, the problems confronting the constituency and likable panacea to our numerous challenges.
The time, is therefore, nigh to honour the 'honourable man' in the personage of Primate Toyin Allen who has justified why the people should entrust this representation in him. Our votes and support would be sufficiently enough for him to get the mandate and in turn reinforce the notion that politics is essentially local and people-centred.
Going into this election, Primate remains our biggest bet!
