All appears set in the ancient town of Ayede Ogbese in Akure North Local Government Area of Ondo State, as the Alayede of Ayede Ogbese, HRM Alayeluwa Oba Ajibola Olayeye Oluyede, Ise Oluwa II is set to celebrate his one year coronation anniversary.
The coronation anniversary is scheduled to commence on Saturday, March 4, 2023 at the Royal Ranch of the town by 12.00pm.
Newsline NG recalled that the coronation anniversary celebration was earlier scheduled to hold on Friday, 30th December 2022, but was postponed due to some unforseen circumstances.
It will also be recalled that the Governor of Ondo State, His Excellency Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu SAN had earlier presented the Instrument of Appointment and Staff of Office to Oba Oluyede personally on December 18, 2021.
The Presentation which was an unforgettable, magnificent ceremony with eminent personalities from far and wide, was described by Governor Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu as a honour to a long-term friend’.
Newsline NG however gathered that the forthcoming anniversary will also feature musical concert with the theme "A Meeting with the KING of kings and will be the second of the OBA Awon Oba annual commemorative events.
Ayede Ogbese sons and daughters will be joyously celebrating their revered, 21st Century transformational monarch and his beautiful, illustrious Olori with specially invited dignitaries within and outside Nigeria, on the august occasion.
Various Eminent ministers of the gospel globally, among the likes of, 120-member mass choir and instrumentalists of the award-winning De Emeralds Choir, the Ondo State National Cultural Troupe et al will all be featured in the concert
