The Southwest Director Social and Humanitarian, APC presidential campaign council, Chief Dr Alex Ajipe has described the victory of the all candidates of the All Progressive Congress in the just concluded general election in Ondo State as a testament to the acceptability of the party and performance of the State governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu
Ajipe in a statement by his media Aide, Solomon Adewoye in Akure, said the party had a successful outing by winning all the National Assembly seats and Presidential election due to the achievements of APC government in Ondo State
According to him, the outcome of the election won't have been favourable if the governor has not done well in the last six years.
Ajipe also congratulates the state party chairman, Engr Ade Adetimehin for keeping the party members together.
The MD and CEO of klick konnect Network International particularly congratulate the Ondo North Senatorial Candidate Pastor Jide Ipinsagba saying his victory at the poll was a well deserved one.
Ajipe Also congratulates hon. Bunmi Tunji-Ojo, Hon. Adegboyega Adefarati, Hon. Timehin Adelegbe who also won their elections for Akoko Northwest/ North East, Akoko Southwest/Southeast and Owo/Ose Federal constituencies respectively
He described the outcome of the election as a victory for the Ondo APC family, which demonstrated the capacity to work together for the good of the party and the state as a whole under the able leadership of Adetimehin
He also commended the people of the state for their peaceful conduct in Saturday’s Presidential and National Assembly elections, and for voting en masse for the party’s presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and all APC National Assembly candidates.
"I congratulate all our National Assembly candidates on their victory and I also rejoice with our great party, the APC and the good people of Ondo State for their resilience and peaceful conduct.
“This victory is for the people of Ondo State and all lovers of democracy across the country. It is a mark of renewed commitment of the people to our party, the APC and we must not let them down.
"The success we recorded at the poll can't be achieved if not for the giant stride of our governor in this state. Mr governor has done well and the people has rewarded us back with vote therefore we must not let them down
" I have no doubt that all our candidates will consolidate on the achievements of the governor and leverage on the continuity of our party in government to further deliver dividends of good governance to the people" He said
He however said the outcome of the election should be seen as a collective mandate, which will bring APC members together for the overall success of the party in the coming house of Assembly election
