A couple of days to the closing of the 2023 edition of Bemore Summer Bootcamp, girls’ performances in renewable energy were assessed today, to know their levels of comprehension of all they’ve been taught since they assumed the camp.
Facilitators from Ashdam Solar Academy, led by Mrs Damilola Asaleye, did a summary of all what they were taught about climate change, building and installation of Solar panels, and thereafter subjected them to assessment test according to their groups which is based on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals(SDG1-17).
Each group was rewarded according to their score grades with take-home gifts and edible items.
They progressed with their lesson in ICT and was introduced to how to design a business card after completing coding training.
Parts of today’s activities include Arts and Crafts. Those who indicated interest in learning artwork continued with the lesson and proceeded to crafting the image of the Founder of BeMore Summer Bootcamp, which they’ll display for exhibition on the graduation day.
Other skills acquisition lessons also took place today like pie making, continuations of gele tying, face makeover and wigs making.
Tenth day camping activities, which opened with the usual morning physical exercise and Taekwondo training, closed with musical and dance trainings, in preparation for the closing ceremony
