The Honourable Commissioner representing Ondo State on the Board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Hon. Otito Atikase, extends his warmest congratulations to Prince Biyi Olaleye Poroye on his well-deserved appointment as Chairman of the Ondo State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (OSOPADEC).
He also congratulates the newly appointed Executive Directors and Non-Executive Board Members of the Commission.
