Your action doesn't reflects Workers Welfarism --Hon IWA Slams Osun NULGE President

Hon. Ismail WASIU Alade (IWA), a frontline grassroots mobilizer and aspirant for the Osun State House of Assembly (Ede South Constituency, 2027), has strongly condemned the recent statement made by the Osun State NULGE President, Comrade Ogunbangbe, regarding the conditions for the resumption of local government workers in the state.

Reacting to Ogunbangbe's comments, Hon. IWA described the NULGE President as nothing more than a “political dog” serving interests that do not reflect the will or welfare of the workers he claims to represent.

According to Hon. IWA, “It is shameful that someone entrusted with the leadership of the local government workers’ union would reduce himself to a political errand boy.

"Instead of championing the welfare of the workers, he is placing partisan interests above the people. His so-called conditions for resumption are politically motivated and clearly expose his bias.”

Hon. IWA called on Osun workers to remain resolute and not be swayed by individuals who are using the union platform for personal or political gains.

“The welfare of workers should never be weaponized or politicized. Osun deserves better,” he added.
