APC Congress: Odigbo Constituency 1 Aspirant, Oluwaseun Albert (Seun SOT) urges Unity, Dialogue

A prominent stakeholder of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ore, Mr. Oluwaseun Albert, popularly known as Seun SOT, has called on members of the party to embrace peace and unity in the aftermath of the just concluded party congress across the state.

He made the appeal in a statement made available to our correspondent, while reacting to reports of violence that marred the recent congress in some parts of Ondo State, leaving a number of party members injured.

He expressed concern over the development, describing it as unfortunate and capable of undermining the progress of the party.

The APC chieftain urged aggrieved members to sheath their swords and put the interest of the party above personal ambitions.

According to him, internal disagreements are normal in politics, but should be resolved through dialogue and lawful channels rather than violence.

He noted that the strength of the All Progressives Congress lies in its unity and collective commitment to democratic ideals.

He warned that actions capable of causing division could weaken the party’s structure ahead of future political engagements.

Seun SOT while stressing that the congress is a family affair and should not be allowed to create lasting enmity among members who share a common vision, appealed to leaders at various levels to intervene and reconcile dissatisfied stakeholders to foster harmony within the fold.

While condemning any form of violence, he commended party faithful in Ore and its environs for conducting themselves peacefully during the exercise.

"Maturity displayed by members in the area should serve as a model for others across the state

He called on the newly elected executives to operate an open-door policy that accommodates all tendencies within the party.

He advised them to carry everyone along in order to strengthen grassroots mobilization and consolidate the party’s dominance.

He reaffirmed his commitment to the growth and stability of the APC in Ore and Ondo State at large, urging members to close ranks, forgive one another, and work together for the overall success of the party.
