Joy as Mrs Odusola Celebrates Permanent Secretary Appointment with Thanksgiving in Akure

It was a colourful and joyous atmosphere today at the headquarters of the Redeemed and Restoration altar of God Church (2REALGC) in Akure, Ondo State, as family members, church leaders, friends, and well-wishers gathered to celebrate with Mrs. Oluseyi Odusola during her thanksgiving service following her recent appointment as Permanent Secretary in the Ondo State Ministry of Women Affairs.

The thanksgiving service, which drew a large congregation, was marked with pomp and pageantry as the celebrant expressed deep gratitude to God for what she described as a significant milestone in her career in public service.

Clad in elegant attire and accompanied by members of her family, Mrs. Odusola danced into the church auditorium amid songs of praise and thanksgiving, while the congregation joined in celebrating her elevation to the prestigious position in the state civil service.

In his sermon during the service, the presiding minister congratulated the celebrant on her appointment and urged her to continue to serve with dedication, humility, and integrity in her new office.

He noted that positions of authority come with enormous responsibility, encouraging Mrs. Odusola to always rely on God for wisdom and guidance in the discharge of her duties in the Ministry of Women Affairs.

Special prayers were also offered for the newly appointed Permanent Secretary, asking for divine wisdom, strength, and protection as she undertakes the task of contributing to policies and programmes aimed at improving the welfare of women and families in Ondo State.

Several dignitaries, church members, and associates who attended the service described the appointment as well deserved, noting that Mrs. Odusola’s years of commitment and professionalism in the civil service had earned her the recognition.

Some of the speakers at the event also commended the Ondo State Government for finding her worthy of the appointment, expressing confidence that she would bring her wealth of experience to bear in her new role.

The thanksgiving service later ended in celebration as guests and well-wishers took turns to congratulate Mrs. Odusola and prayed for continued success and greater achievements in her career and service to the state.
