The Management of Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo, has granted all the Students free access to E- learning starting from Monday for the first week.
The Director of ICT., Mr. Olusegun Adeoni, made this disclosure in an interview session with our correspondent in his office today
Adeoni stated that the Management introduced E- learning to aid the technological advancement of the world and improve the education standard of the institution as the first Polytechnic in South West Nigeria.
Mr. Olusegun stressed further, that E- learning could be accessed through any browser and anywhere in the world.
The students are thereby advised to login in to the School portal, with their usernames as registration number (for ND. Jamb number and HND Application number) which is also used for School fees payment, and the general password is 1234 for every Student.
However, the Deputy Rector Academy, Engr. Lawson Olorunwa Sunday, charged students to pay their tuition fees as the portal is opened for payments.
Engr. Olorunwa also encouraged students to stay safe as their welfarism is the first priority of the Management.
