The name of Hon. Olumide Ogunje has been submitted as the running mate to PDP candidate in the October 10 governorship election in Ondo state.
His name was submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission.
Ogunje is a lawyer from Irele local government and Senior Legislative Aide to Hon. Ikengboju Gboluga.
His name appeared in the provisional names of candidates and their deputies as released by INEC on Friday, July 31.
It was however gathered that his name may be substituted as INEC rule still provides for name substitution before August 18, 2020.
