The Ondo State Governor and Candidate of the All Progressive Congress in the forthcoming Gubernatorial Election in the State has assured the people of Isua-Akoko that the community will not be left behind in its programs which are aimed in developing the State.
The Governor stated this at the campaign rally held in Isua, the headquarters of Akoko South East Local Government area, according to him,” it is important that no community is left behind in the state even as we make the conscious effort to advancing every community in the State. The People of Isua Akoko are no different, we will continue to invest in them”
While addressing the residents of the community, the Governor emphasized on the need for continuity in governance as it is an integral element needed for a sustainable development.
“ Ondo State cannot fully attained its full potential if we do not embrace continuity in the Sunshine State, the growth we are experiencing in the State is unprecedented, it is important that we sustain this as this is the only way we can ensure the full growth and development of the State”
The Governor also promised the people of Isua Akoko that his administration will reconstruct the road linking Isua and Ugbe in Akoko South East Local Government area of the State. He added that if re-elected infrastructural and industrial revolution will continue to be the bane of his projects for the State as this is one of the vital ways through which the State can be economically advanced.
Also speaking at the Rally, the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural and Community Development, Hon. Babatunde Kolawole praised the governor for his commitment and dedication to the development of the state. He added that the Community is filled with several of the projects initiated and completed by the Akeredolu led administration.
While describing the Governor as a symbol of Unity in the Party and State in general, the prominent son of the soil assured the governor of victory ahead of the poll.
