SECOND SEMESTER EXAMINATION IN THE 2020/2021 ACADEMIC SESSION: A SHIFT IN THE COMMENCEMENT DATE
This is to Inform all members of the Polytechnic Community especially students, that Second Semester Examination in the 2020/2021 Academic Session which was earlier scheduled to commence on Monday 7th February, 2022 has now been rescheduled to commence on Monday 14th February, 2022
Students are to note that the decision to shift the commencement date of the Semester Examination was taken by Management in wew of the passionate plea of the Students’ Union Government (SUG) of the Institution for the shift.
While making the plea, the President and other Officials of the SUG gave assurances that the one-week shift would provide a final opportunity for students who are yet to pay approved school fees to do so, noting the fact that any student who fails to pay approved school fees will not be allowed to sit for the Semester Examination under reference in line with the Instrtution's extant policy.
Having acceded to the plea of the SUG as stated above, any student who ss yet to pay approved school fees is hereby directed to do so IMMEDIATELY
Any student who fails to pay approved school fees in full before the commencement of Second Semester Examination in the 2020/2021 Academic Session should stay away from the Polytechnic Campus during the Semester Examination period in his/her own interest.
in this regard, It hoped that the Students’ Union Government will reciprocate the kind gesture of Management by advising students who are yet to pay approved school fees to do so without further delay, since Management will turn down any kind of pleas on behalf af students who may wish to remain recalcitrant.
