There was commotion at Semu-Semu Motor Park Ikare Akoko in Ondo State on Wednesday morning as a suspected kidnapper, a woman, was arrested by a large crowd.
It was gathered that the suspected kidnapper seized the opportunity that the mother of the child was not around when she allegedly picked up the one and half year old child and put her on her back.
It was gathered that as the suspect was trying to escape, a neighbor noticed the strange woman and raised alarm for help before she was caught.
