Following the new courses accredited by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) for 2021/2022 academic session, the Management of Rufus Giwa Polytechnic Owo has said opportunities are now open for students seeking admission into the citadel of knowledge
The new courses for Ordinary National Diploma (OND) included; Taxation, Microfinance and Entrepreneurial Development, insurance, Leisure and Tourism Management, Home and Rural Economics, Transportation Planning and Management, Cooperative Economics and Management and Forestry Technology, while courses for Higher National Diploma (HND) included; Public Administration and Social Development.
In a statement signed by the institution’s Registrar, Mr Sule Atiku and made available to Newsline NG noted that all interested candidates must score110 marks and above in the 2021/2022 unified tertiary matriculation examination (UTME)
He posited that the same rules apply to students willing to change their schools of choice to Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo.
He assured the students that all the courses and programmes are fully accredited by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE)
He however enjoined all applicants to visit the Polytechnic portal (https://sf rugipo edu.ng) for further information on registration procedures and screening, saying that, the screening fee is Two thousand Naira(#2000) only.
