2023: Ondo South Senatorial candidate, Dr Jimoh Ibrahim visits Ajagba wards, seeks support towards his aspiration


The Senatorial Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), in Ondo South Senatorial District, Dr. Jimoh Ibrahim OFR CFR , stormed Ajagba 1 (ward 7) and Ajagba 2 (ward 8), met with the leaders and the great people of the community to solicit their full support towards his aspiration.

The billionaire business mogul, promised adequate representation and people-centred  legislation when emerged as the next Senator of the district.

In his remark, the State party Chairman, Engr. Ade Adetimehin said ''I am impressed to see this great turnout from a single ward. If we can go out in this number, and everyone of us brings in two or three persons, we have already won the election''.

''Araba is not a Senator his mate can send an errand at the Red Chamber. He is going to make a good Senator that will bring enormous dividends to his people'', the party Chairman added.




Also, the former INEC commissioner and CBN Governor, Elder Martins Okunfolami a prominent leader from the community, lauded Dr. Jimoh Ibrahim for coming to rescue his people at a time like this, describing him as a round peg in a round hole. He therefore advised the people never to support those who are hungry, and waiting to lay hold on the Commonwealth of the people.

In the same vein, the DG of the party's campaign in the local government, Hon. Shadrack Olowojuni  (Segro), enjoined the people to see the mandate as their own, as it is for their good and that of their children, assuring the people of the candidate's credibility and capacity to move the district to an enviable height.

The meeting was attended by the party heavyweights in the local government, among whom were - the APC Irele/Okitipupa House of Reps candidate, Prince Jimi Odimayo,  local government party Chairman, Chief ZA Omoge, Deputy Chairman of the local government, Hon. Jide Akinfe, Hon. Prince Obaetan Awotale, Hon. Stephen Akinmuda, Hon. Chief Oyinlola Olatunji, Mr. Babatunde Joseph, former ward chairman, among others too numerous to mention.
