The Chairman of the Ondo State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (OSOPADEC), Prince Biyi Poroye, has extended warm birthday felicitations to renowned public servant and community leader, Dr. Kingsley Kuku, fondly known as “Valentin Boy,” in celebration of his new age.
