Bring 10 Million for his release - - - Abductors

This came barely 24 hours after Ajulo was seized in front of his residence in Ibaka quarters of Akungba Akoko by the armed hoodlums. Gunmen behind the kidnap of James Tolorunju Ajulo, a factional ward chairman of the All Progressives Congress in Akoko South-West Local Government Area of Ondo State, has demanded N10m for his release. This came barely 24 hours after Ajulo was seized in from nt of his residence in Ibaka quarters of Akungba Akoko by the armed hoodlums. A family source confirmed that the abductors reached out to the family on Monday morning and instructed that they should raise N10m if they want Ajulo back alive. The source disclosed that the kidnappers were able to speak with the distraught wife of the victim.  The abductors have contacted the family on the phone this morning. Man competes with sex worker, dies after seventh round

A man identified simply as Davy, died during a sex competition with a commercial sex worker  in a brothel in  Ejigbo area of Lagos. 1' Report had it that the deceased checked into  Graceland Brothel located at  21, Moshalasi Street, Ejigbo Lagos, after having a bet of N50,000 with one of the commercial sex workers, Amaka,  on who would surrender first from the sex competition. A friend of the deceased who spoke on the condition of anonymity, disclosed that trouble started after the deceased had boasted among his friends that he  could spend two hours on a lady without getting tired. He added that while the conversation was on , one of them dared him to challenge Amaka, the commercial sex worker, who was described as a champion in the game. Woman kidnapped on Okada in Ondo

It was a sad day when a sad news filtered to the people in Akoko that a Resident, Mrs Banji Ademuyiwa was kidnapped by unknown gunmen on her way to Ikun from Oba Akoko with Okada (commercial motorcyclist). The woman carried the motorcyclist at Oba Akoko, Ikun juction with her son for New year celebration but they couldn’t get to their destination when the kidnappers struck along the road. The abductors left the son and the Okada rider for them to go and report the incident. It was gathered that the case has been reported at a Police station, Oba-Akoko. Undergraduate declared Missing in another Akure Church; as Gunmen kidnap 4 Travellers in Ondo

Kidnapping in Ondo State has reared its ugly head again when some gunmen abducted a WAEC official, Adebayo Gbenga and three other unidentified travellers at Oba Akoko on Owo- Akungba Road in Akoko South West Local Government. This is just as the family of a 20year old Faith Aluko, female, has announced her sudden disappearance since yesterday in Oba-Ile area of Akure, Ondo State It was learnt that Gbenga an official of the West African Examination Council (WAEC) working in Akure, Ondo State office took his son to the Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko (AAUA) and a friend of his to school when the incident happened. The source said Gbenga, who was driving his Toyota Corolla car on the road was accosted along with other motorists on the road by gunmen. With deep sense of grief, we announce the sudden and untimely death of Mr. Stephen Sotonwa, a Senior Programme Producer and one of our finest broadcasters in the Ondo state Radiovision Corporation (OSRC) and Orange 94.5Fm. Mr. Sotonwa’s sad death took place in a fatal  motor accident on the Akure-Ondo Road yesterday, Sunday December 22, 2019. The unfortunate incident has left the entire media group in deep pain and sorrow as it is a monumental loss not just to the family but Ondo state in general. Sotonwa popularly known as 'Sweet Steve' on air was a diligent, efficient and talented officer who gave his best to every assignment committed to his care.  As a corporate entity, we share in the grief of the young family he left behind and pray that the Almighty God grant him eternal rest. Sotitobire Church set ablaze

All roads to Oshinle the location of Sotitobire Church where one year old was kidnapped last month. Situation report says the corpse of the boy was found on the altar of the church. Presently, Oshinle road is blocked with traffic, many Akure residents have trooped there and there are sporadic shootings. The church is already burnt down to ashes, about four cars gone, a Police officer dead, about three civilians shot dead, many wounded, many onlookers affected with Tear gas.
