The Ondo State Internal Revenue Service (ODIRS) on Thursday, December 18, 2025, held its Christmas Carol and Retirement Party at the Revenue House, bringing together management, staff, and retirees in a celebration of faith, service, and gratitude. The family of the late Babatunde Oladimeji (Orlando West) has announced the bur!al arrangements, taking place on Wednesday, December 24th. According to a statement signed by Olalekan Felix, CEO of Lakersband, the b0dy will depart Ondo town by 8am for Owo, where a short church service will be held. Interment will follow at the family home in Owo. Light refreshments will be served after the ceremony. The governor made the approval on Saturday night during a Media Stakeholders’ Dinner held at the Banquet Hall of the Government House, Akure, where journalists, media executives and government officials gathered to review the state of media–government relations in the state.
