Re: Unfounded Petition Against Engr. Kayode Ojo Before the APC Screening Committee

The attention of the Engr. Kayode Ojo Campaign Organisation has been drawn to a widely circulated news report regarding a frivolous petition filed by a group masquerading as "concerned stakeholders."

We wish to state categorically that the allegations of disloyalty and anti-party activities are utterly baseless, unfounded, and a mere child's play by a desperate losing team who have run out of viable ideas to compete in the political arena but left with mean tactics

It is both laughable and pathetic that the sponsors of this petition, who are clearly acting on the behalf of the Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji (BAO) camp, have resorted to scavenging for old photographs of Engr. Kayode Ojo with former chieftains of the party, which they are now misrepresenting as evidence of wrongdoing, anti party and alliance with oppositions. This is the height of political desperation and a clear indication of their lack of a positive agenda for Ekiti State.

For the record, Engr. Kayode Ojo is a loyal and steadfast member of the APC who has consistently worked for the growth and success of the party. His current look, marked by his signature grown beard, is a testament to the fact that the pictures being peddled are ancient and irrelevant, merely snatched from a bygone era to fabricate a non-existent case.

This smear campaign, spearheaded by the so-called "Renewed Media Agenda," is nothing but a renewed agenda for lies and propaganda. It is a last-ditch effort by a team that is already seeing the handwriting on the wall – that Engr. Kayode Ojo is the preferred choice of the people of Ekiti for 2026.

We have the utmost confidence in the wisdom and diligence of the APC Screening Committee to see through this charade. We believe they will swiftly dismiss these malicious claims and clear Engr. Kayode Ojo to proceed with his mission to rescue and rebuild Ekiti State.

The good people of Ekiti are wise to these tactics of distraction. They are interested in a vision for the future, not in the recycled propaganda of a panicking opponent.
